As a parent, I notice some interesting things about my kids. For instance, their preference of dips and sauces. My daughter loves dressings and dips. She’s one of those kids who licks the ranch off her carrots or the ketchup off her fries so she can re-dip without having to take a bite.

My son likes to eat things plain. No sauce on his spaghetti (what?!), no dressing on his salad, no dip for his fries or chicken nuggets.

Luckily, my daughter takes after me. I love to dip my food! If a recipe calls for sauce, I double the sauce portion so there’s leftovers to dip in. Chicken is better when you have sauce to dip it in. I’ll dip my hamburgers in ranch if I can. Veggies cannot be eaten without dip.

And French fries? Forget about it! You must have dip. And ketchup does not count. You need a real dip that satisfies and makes you want to grab another fry.

The sweet and tangy fry sauce is like a creamy BBQ sauce. So delicious! Perfect for anything you want to dip. I especially loved it with those Crispy Onion Rings!

The Spicy Mustard Sauce isn’t actually “spicy.” It has more flavor than kick. Just the way I like it! It’s very versatile too. We not only use it for fries, but we also use it on sandwiches, burgers and fish tacos. When we grill up some halibut, this is our go-to dipping sauce.

It’s tournament time and game days scream for delicious grub. Spice up your playbook with these easy and delicious dips and fries! And check out Alexia Fries on Pinterest for more recipe ideas.
