One trick that makes your holiday prepping easy is to pick up your supplies at Sam’s Club. I just recently tried out Club Pickup. And let me tell you, it is amazing!
You can order online, and Sam’s Club will have everything ready for you when you arrive.
Who would say no to saving time this holiday season? You have to try Club Pickup!
You also can get most of your holiday entertaining party supplies in the one stop as well!
So when you need to stock up on Coca-Cola®, Sprite®, Gold Peak® Sweet Tea, Dasani®, and Diet Coke® for the holiday season, make sure to grab them at Sam’s Club.
I set mine up on this adorable breakfast buffet table I found at a yard sale. Isn’t it gorgeous? And it perfectly fits for all my holiday hosting needs.
If you don’t have a cute buffet like this, then simply pull out a card table or something of the sort, throw a nice tablecloth over it and set up there. It doesn’t have to be the perfect piece of furniture.
The first step is to select what drinks you want to feature. Don’t go too crazy. Give about 2-4 options.
Holiday Drink Station Beverage Choices
When planning what to serve on your drink station, you need to think of the guests that will be attending. Take into their consideration their likes/dislikes and any dietary restrictions.
We always have a fairly good mix of people who love soda and those who can’t have anything sweet. So I always make sure to have plenty of Dasani® water on hand with citrus fruit wedges they can add to dress it up.
I also love to use the Sprite® Mini Cans. These are the absolutely perfect size for when you want a smaller serving. Not only that, but they are also the perfect portion size if you want to dress up your soda!
I like to include flavor syrups, lemon and lime wedges, cream, and some kind of fruit puree.
This homemade no-cook Strawberry Freezer Jam is a huge crowd pleaser.
This way your guests can concoct their very own fancy holiday drink combination and you can please everyone!
If you want to go a step further, you can also include this Tropical Raspberry Luscious Slush Punch Recipe to the table.
Setting up a Holiday Drink Station
The secret to making a fun and alluring holiday drink station is to think in layers.
Sure you can have everything on the table. All at the same height. But that doesn’t really draw the eye. And oftentimes, guests miss seeing what all is available.
You can use nice raised cake platters to display the syrups or garnishes.
Don’t have raised cake platters? No problem. Simply place cardboard boxes on the table where you want them, and throw a tablecloth over the top. No one will know you have old mailboxes under there.
You will also want to label the syrups so it is easy for the guests to see the flavors available.
You can easily make your own. Or if you need something quick, use my our easy Syrup Flavor Printable Label and write in the flavors you are featuring.
Use a tiered tray to display the main drink options.
Add a display sign or hanging banner above the table to draw the eye to the drink station.
And don’t forget the glasses, straws and ice cubes/pebbles.
Now your holiday drink station is complete! And best of all it looks like you went all out, but in reality, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to set it up.
My family loves when I pull out the breakfast buffet table, because they know I have a fun tablescape coming up.
This simple holiday drink station is their favorite thus far. They love concocting their own drink flavor combinations. And it’s perfect for any kind of holiday party, potluck or family gathering.
