Autumn is a great time of year. I didn’t use to love it, but as I’ve grown older I have developed a fondness for Autumn. I love the Fall colors and smells, But more specifically I love the food! One of my favorites are delicious apple recipes! We are approaching the end of harvest season and that is when the apples are at the prime for all the goodies!

Not to mention that apple recipes are full of mouth watering flavor, autumn spices and just leave you with that great feel good feeling! Plus it’s a great time to start practicing those recipes before Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities!

I’m so excited to pull out the ingredients and get making some delicious Caramel Green Apple popcorn balls again this Autumn. My kids just loved those!

But I also want to make new Apple recipes too! My son was just telling me this morning that he wanted to try a lot of new foods. New dinners and new desserts. So I figured, lets start with something that I can really enjoy! Apple goodies! yum!
