Do you have picky eaters?

Sometimes when you have a picky eater in your home, you can get overwhelmed by how limited it might seem in your meal options. So it’s time to get creative.

With our family – I can’t even order a pizza in and have everyone happy. Nope – one kid doesn’t like cheese. The other doesn’t like sauce.

Good Grief! What is a busy Mom to do?

That’s why I love doing an ultimate personalized mini English Muffin Pizza bar.

Picky Eaters Approved English Muffin Pizzas

OK, I need to take a moment here. I’m what you would call an English Muffin Snob. I don’t like just any English Muffin.

Most of them that you get from the grocery store shelves are DRY. And personally, to me, they lack flavor.

Now that could very well be because I grew up on fresh homemade bread.

Or maybe—who knows….maybe they are just bland and dry?

I don’t know….

But what I do know, is that when it comes to English Muffins – I only ever buy Bays English Muffins.

But don’t go looking for them on the shelves. Nope! You can find them in your grocery store usually in the dairy case or next to the eggs!

Odd place, I know. But they actually do this for a reason! Bays English Muffins are made to order and shipped in refrigerated trucks within 24 hours of baking. They are carefully chilled for optimal freshness.

And…as if that wasn’t cool enough – they are pre-sliced and easy to use! Talk about a time saver! My kids can just get up and get their own English Muffin in the morning. They don’t have to ask me to cut it open!

The Best English Muffin Pizza Bar

Though – While I do like a good English Muffin for breakfast, I think I use them more often as part of lunch or even dinner.

What makes this English Muffin Pizza setup so amazing is that each kid can pick and choose EXACTLY what they want on their pizza!

Plus you get the kids involved in making their very own! Choosing if they want Sauce or any type of topping or not.

And they can choose exactly how much cheese they want. That’s another common grumbling point in our house.

With the kids involved making their own personal English Muffin Pizza, if they complain, well it’s on them. Not you. lol.

If I am rushed for time, I just pop open a jar of Pizza sauce that we keep in the pantry for just such occasions.

If I have more time, and I’m actually feeling ambitious – I make my own pizza sauce. But let’s face it – that doesn’t happen very often. #noshame

These single serving English Muffin Pizzas are perfect for a quick and easy family dinner that everyone will love.

And they are also fantastic to take on the go if you are running late for an evening activity.

Now, here is the GOLDEN TICKET……

They store AMAZING for the next day! YES! If you have leftovers, simply place them in an airtight container. And to warm them up- simply broil them again until it’s warm and the cheese has remelted. Easy Peasy!

Of course, this only works if you happen to have leftovers. But no worry, it’s still so quick to make you will be just fine.
