This is part of a sponsored campaign with Foodie.com featuring Mother’s Day BBQ Grilled Dishes. As always, my thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.
Mother’s Day is only a few weeks away and that means it’s time for Mom to kick back and relax! OK; so I know that doesn’t always happen. So whether the Man is going to take over and do the cooking or not; we have a solution for you! Grill it! Because everything tastes better grilled! And it also means a lot easier clean up! Less time in the kitchen and more time for Mom to enjoy her special day. Plus, men are more likely to pitch in if it is grilling!
Mother’s Day BBQ Grilled dishes
One of my favorite family traditions is that on Mother’s Day; we often gather at the In-laws house. And the men do all the cooking. Often it is Dutch oven and grilled goodies. It is such a great day for us women folk to sit back and relax and not have to stress about the meal. But yet we still get to eat like Queens! Because grilled food is my absolute favorite.
But I know many mom’s don’t have that luxury. Either the man won’t cook, or maybe he’s out of the picture. But either way; sometimes Mom is still left cooking on Mother’s Day. And that’s no fun. So to make it a bit easier; try a nice Mother’s Day BBQ!
You can try delicious grilled foods like an easy Sweet and Savory Apricot chicken, Shrimp Skewers with Mango Avocado Salsa, BBQ Bacon Meatball Skewers and Grilled Salmon Salad with Warm Blueberry Vinaigrette.
By Grilling you are able to create a delicious spread of food with very minimal effort on your part! Usually the prep work is easy, and clean up is even easier! And your kitchen stays clean, and your house doesn’t heat up! I say it’s win win.
So even if you have to cook this Mother’s day; or if the Man is looking for great dinner ideas to spoil you; check out these 16 Easy grilled dishes for your Mother’s Day BBQ. Men don’t mind cooking so much if it is through the manly grill. And these dishes are all sure to please every body at the table!
