No one really can prepare you for all the changes that come with having a new baby. A new baby changes every aspect of your home. Whether it is your first one or your fourth! There will always be changes in your home. But there are things we can do to make preparing for a new baby easier. Making sure you have all the baby gear you need at the beginning is a great way to reduce the stress.

Preparing for a New Baby

When it comes to being ready for a new baby there are a lot of things you have to gather up.

  • Baby clothing
  • blankets
  • bed/crib/bassinet
  • bottles for feeding
  • diapers
  • wipes
  • car seat
  • toys

And all those are just the very minimal basics! I’m not even going to touch the base of the comfortable items moms want like a swing, or baby carrier, seat, etc. You get the idea. Those are just bare bone basics!

But one thing most moms always over look is the simple remedies from Little Remedies. And let me tell you these are just as important to gather up and have on hand to prepare for a new baby!

I’m sure if you haven’t experienced it yourself; you have heard the horror stories of a new baby with colic. Or one with an upset tummy. The first few weeks after birth are the hardest on a new mom. Because of all the changes that a new baby brings into the routine of the home.

Mom and baby aren’t a into routine yet. We have to juggle still getting work done, but also fitting in a new baby that demands everything. And then add to that lack of sleep on mom’s end. And baby who is adjusting to a very large and sensory accosting world. There are bound to be hiccups!

So when the new baby gets sick or has an upset stomach; it only compounds the struggles.

I love Little Remedies® because they believe less is more. That means there are more natural remedies and less of the manufactured medications you find in other brands. Little Remedies make each product with the fewest and most natural ingredients without sacrificing the product’s effectiveness. For me, they are a safer option when I want only the most natural remedies for my little one.

I used Little Remedies quite a bit when my kiddos were younger. When my sister had a baby I was sure to tell her how well the gas relief worked.

Preparing for the second one was much easier! The only thing that surprised us was that we had forgotten how many diapers newborns go through!

These woudl definitely be handy for the little ones. Those gas relief drops would have been especially useful.

I wish there had been Little Remedies when my daughter was born. The poor little thing was so colicky that she was either nursing, sleeping or screaming. It broke my heart.
