Happy New Years! Do you have a resolution? Part of my New Years Resolution is ensuring I focus more on starting my day off right with breakfast. I struggle with breakfast; but I know it is crucial for starting your day off right. Part of that is ensuring we get a great start to each day. And for some moms it happens at the beginning of the pregnancy.
