I’m quite excited about this new feature I will be adding to our Wellness Wednesdays! I have the luxury of using and blogging about 20second Fitness for the next 6 weeks! Each week, in conjunction with our Wellness Wednesday’s I will be blogging about this exciting fitness program; how it works, what I’ve learned each week and it’s level of effectiveness.
