Amazing WorldFoods Thai Chicken Recipe

An amazingly delicious Thai coconut chicken recipe that is incredibly easy to make; with only 4 ingredients.

Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 23 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenderloins (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 jar WorldFoods Thai Coconut Galangal Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in rice cooker or sauce pan with water according to package instructions
  2. Place coconut oil in skillet on medium heat
  3. Add frozen or thawed chicken tenderloins

  5. saute until chicken is cooked but not dry. Slightly browned.
  6. Add WorldFoods Thai Coconut Galangal Sauce

  8. Stir
  9. Heat 4-5 minutes until sauce is warmed and creamy.

  11. Serve over jasmine rice and side of stir fry veggies.
