An amazingly delicious Thai coconut chicken recipe that is incredibly easy to make; with only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenderloins (frozen or thawed)
1 cup jasmine rice
1 jar WorldFoods Thai Coconut Galangal Sauce
Instructions
Cook rice in rice cooker or sauce pan with water according to package instructions
Place coconut oil in skillet on medium heat
Add frozen or thawed chicken tenderloins
saute until chicken is cooked but not dry. Slightly browned.
Add WorldFoods Thai Coconut Galangal Sauce
Stir
Heat 4-5 minutes until sauce is warmed and creamy.
Serve over jasmine rice and side of stir fry veggies.
Let me tell you this Thai chicken recipe is amazing. You will have everyone in love with your dinner! Plus it is so easy to make too! I just love it. And yes, My kids ate it and loved it. So that is bonus points. Another easy meal option!
