So we’ve talked a lot about back to school, getting in the routine, and even what to do when you have to commute to school.
It’s a lot of, “Hurry up!” “Where are your shoes?” “Eat your breakfast.” “Why didn’t you show this to me last night?” Needless to say, mornings can be stressful. One of the most stressful things about mornings is the amount of things that need done in just a short time.
For us, one of the biggest fights we face every day is making the bed. It takes too long, it’s boring, I don’t want to, I don’t have time… You know how it goes.
I have pretty much given up on having my seven year old make his bed in the mornings.
Ever heard of a ZippySack? Let me introduce you.
The ZippySack is a sleeping bag, blanket and fitted sheet all rolled into one. It fits on the bed like a fitted sheet. It’s nice and snug, which is great for midnight moves and shakers. The zipper on the side makes our morning routine a cinch when I say, “Make your bed,” and a zip is all it takes.
And the material is super soft. My son just wanted to rub his face on it all day. I can’t say that I blame him.
Going to bed has become easier too because it’s cool to sleep in the ZippySack.
Getting OUT of the bed in the mornings, however, is still a bit of a struggle. But in a good way. 😉
There’s also a cool little pocket on the side, “for all my stuff!” my son said. It’s seriously the coolest. It makes my morning less of a fight, which earns a big gold star from this tired momma.
This makes a great gift for birthday, Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Labor Day, 3rd Friday of the month… Really, anytime. 🙂 The ZippySack is available at Amazon.com, but you can also mosey down to Walmart and find it in-store.
Or enter this giveaway for a Jay Franco Spiderman Collection! (The prize includes a ZippySack.)
You seriously can’t beat that.
When I found the ZippySack, I felt like this was a solution we could all appreciate!
